The NC Local News Workshop was launched with support from the North Carolina Local News Lab Fund at the North Carolina Community Foundation.
The Workshop seeks additional grants and donations for projects and operating support. To inquire about supporting the Workshop, contact Shannan Bowen, executive director. Donations can also be made through Elon University’s School of Communications by selecting the Workshop as a designation on the University’s support page.
Instructions for Submitting a Donation to the NC Local News Workshop
1. Visit the Support Elon University donation page.
2. Select School of Communications from the Fund Group drop-down.
3. Then, select North Carolina Local News Workshop.
4. To designate the donation in honor or memory of someone or if you do not wish to be publicly recognized for your donation, select the appropriate checkbox.
5. Leave any comments in the designated text box. Then, select continue to submit your donation.
